My Mission

My mission is to help change the way the housing market works. Agents are often pulled between several clients wanting showings at the same time, but in different parts of the city. Rather than rescheduling or cancelling, I want to be the agent that steps in and helps our clients see the property they want to see, when they want to see it. My goal is to be the team members others can rely on and help ensure our clients get the best care and support from our company. I want our clients to know that our company did everything we could to find them their perfect home.

My Vision

I want to live in a world where people can buy homes that match their needs rather than having to find a compromise and settle on the second-best option. That's why I take a lot of time and care in getting to know clients from the moment they reach out to me and ask for help.

Getting to know Welby MD

Illinois Real Estate Broker

Welby is an Air Force veteran. His service includes the Gulf War - having served in Desert Storm/Desert Shield and Desert Calm. A rare, but unique agent, he maintains a full-time job outside of real estate. His love of real estate led him to study hard and pass the National and State exams on his first try. He is an agent dedicated to helping his team. In a world full of agents maintaining several clients simultaneously, there are times when two or more appointments coincide. Welby is the agent to help out showing properties, open houses, inspections, and other various duties. On August 30, 2024, Welby joined Baird & Warner, Algonquin, Illinois.

Among his various hobbies, Welby is a best-selling author (see Detectives of the Kingdom Series tab) and an avid video gamer. More often than not, you will find him and his wife taking long walks with their adorable Shi Tzu, Mino.
